What if I told you that you have access to the equivalent of a 2.5-billion-person market research study for free?
No surveys.
No keyword tools.
No expensive software.
You’re probably already using it every day.
Here’s the insight I share in my upcoming book, Valuable & Visible (releasing May 5, 2026), and it applies to personal brands, business brands, and communication in general.
The Missed Opportunity
Most people use AI tools to:
- Solve a problem
- Complete a task
But here’s what we overlook: billions of people are asking AI questions every day. That means AI holds an enormous amount of insight into how people actually think, speak, and describe their problems.
And that’s exactly what great communication requires.
The Simple Shift That Changes Everything
Before asking AI to write content for you, ask it this instead:
- “What do people ask when they’re confused about this?”
- “What words do they use?”
- “What phrases or examples do they give?”
Suddenly, you’re not guessing what your audience cares about, you’re hearing it in their own language.
One Important Tip
If you use AI regularly, it may already know you, your preferences, your tone, and your biases. To get truly objective insight, ask it to forget prior context before gathering audience language.
The result? Clearer messaging. Stronger connection. Better communication (online and in person).
